Companies are increasingly interested in adopting digital marketing tactics for their advertising and sales efforts as a result of the growing recognition marketing's significance benchmark global industrial development. This encouraged Sedesa Farm to look into new market circumstances methods, with particular emphasis on its company towards B2C (company Customer) sales. Instagram is medium choice. The purpose this research assess current status Farm's by analyzing PRACE framework (Plan, Reach, Act, Convert, Engage), then set objectives Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based those assessments. Engage) methodology used. Based findings research, present approach social media promotion has number holes that need be filled. Indicator (KPI) includes 1) Reach (Reach followers (followers)), 2) Act (likes comments), 3) Convert (content saved conversation rate), 4) Engage (Content shared, average) following goals: Build follower conversions brand awareness; Initiate interactions; Increase conversions; loyal consumers initiate involvement.
